CIBC members and visiting mission groups from other churches minister to the residents of the many apartment complexes located in Clarkston.  They have block parties, play games, and conduct Bible study with the kids.

During the months when school is in session, volunteers assist the children with their homework assignments. They also pass out school supplies such as pencils, paper, notebooks, crayons, and glue.
