The Southern Babtist Convention is active in Disaster Relief.  There are teams of trained volunteers that are called up and sent to areas where disaster had struck.  These teams of volunteers are divided into five major categories:

• Chaplaincy
• Child Care
• Clean-Up & Recovery
• Communications
• Feeding

Clarkston International Bible Church has several members trained in the various categories of disaster relief work.  They have responded to disasters in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Lousiana, and North Dakota.

The "Blue Hat" image shows the cap worn by the disaster relief team's leader.  The remaining team members wear yellow hats.  This allows easy identification of the person in charge. 

The photos shown above were taken at the sites of several disasters where Clarkston International Bible Church members provided assistance.  We encourage you to become trained and join the other volunteers in our disaster relief efforts.
