As the result of a heart burning desire that longed to share the good news of redemption, and not being ashamed of the cross, the Sudanese Christian Missionary Church was born on December 31, 2002 at Clarkston International Bible Church, formerly known as Clarkston Baptist Church, by 15 members who were seeking and willing to impact and transform the present Sudanese Community in Atlanta into the Kingdom of God. Rev. Gorashi Gangi pastors this dynamic congregation.

SCMC continues to intensively carry the good news of the gospel to the Sudanese community around the city of Clarkston through our outreach ministry. The Sunday worship service is conducted in the Arabic language. The SCMC has grown to over 40 members.
